Personal resilience in the farming community is a widely recognised process of coping with stress and bouncing back from difficult situations. It is important to recognise that it is normal to experience difficult times and that there is accessible help and support readily available for them to be dealt with and overcome.
FarmWell strives to be proactive in building resilience and providing guidance prior to it being needed, as well as being reactive in supporting those during unexpected situations of need. This section on personal resilience will provide supportive links, advice and help, striving to achieve stronger emotional and physical intelligence, whilst maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

Counselling Directory
When you are going through a difficult time, it can be very easy to keep your worries to yourself and believe that you are the only one experiencing such painful feelings. While we all have our own ways of coping, information and support can make a huge difference.
Counselling Directory was set up by a team who know how difficult it can be to find the support and information you need. You can search for a counsellor near you on their website. To find out more click here
