  • 24 hour helpline 08457909090 – they can also be contacted by email (jo@samaritans.org), text and in person at branches – there is also a Welsh line which is free to call and a letter writing service.

  • There are over 600 Samaritan volunteers across Wales in 9 Welsh branches
  • The Samaritans helpline is about working with people to create a safe place where they can talk about how they are feeling, what is happening and how they can move forward. Reduces feelings of isolation and disconnection that can lead to suicide.
